Poor Tokumaru Madoka is only a customary enthusiastic person that apparently can't go even five minutes without breaking something. On one occasion his hapless sister has had enough, and she drives him to join their secondary school's Tea Ceremony Club, wanting to impart a little discipline in her irredeemable clumsy person of a sibling. Tea Ceremony Club president Hasune Kazuma is Tokumaru's direct inverse.
